Add or switch a child
On the home screen, tap your child’s name at the top left. Pick another child, or tap Add a child.
Change age, hints or reminders
Tap the gear on the home screen. Change a child’s age under Children, and hints and the daily reminder under Play.
Restore your subscription
In the app, open Settings, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
Cancel your subscription
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Play Bop.
Reminders don’t show up
Open Settings on your iPhone, then Notifications, then Play Bop, and allow notifications.
Delete your data
In the app, open Settings, then Delete all data. If you signed in, you can also delete your account from the account screen.
